Muay Thai & K1 Overflow Class

Service Description

This is an overflow class for those who have not been able to book in to the Muay Thai/K1 classes through the week. DO NOT BOOK THIS CLASS IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ATTENDED THAI/K1 CLASSES THROUGH THE WEEK. Training technical aspects of Muay Thai and K1 Kickboxing. Session includes: Warm-up; Muay Thai/K1 technical; Stretch off. Cant Make your booked session? - Please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. - To comply with government guidance and control the spread of the corona virus session attendees will need to use their own boxing gloves. Boxing gloves are available to purchase from reception. We ask that you maintain social distancing when arriving, waiting for classes and leaving the gym. Please also wear a face covering in the waiting area and when transiting the stairwell. If you wish to partner up and do pad work this is strictly limited to people from your household or support bubble. A number of paunch bags are available for those who do not wish to partner up and work pad work.
