We offer a variety of classes to suit your needs.

MUAY THAI CLASS BEGINNERS
Training for technical aspects of Muay Thai aimed at those who have trained for less than 6 months. Class will include paired padwork, bagwork and drills.
MUAY THAI CLASS INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED
Classes include a variety of Muay Thai drills and fight-specific training. Great for taking the next step towards competing, interclubs and fighting.
KIDS CLASS - THAI BOXING
Muay Thai and K1 training for 5 – 14 year olds. Classes include technical training, general fitness and sparring.
Dutch kickboxing incorporates techniques from three martial arts: Kyokushin karate, Western boxing, and Muay Thai.
MUAY THAI CONDITIONING
A sweaty Muay Thai inspired fitness class for all abilities. The HIIT style session consists of muay thai conditioning drills and body weight exercises.
FIGHTER DEVELOPMENT SPARRING
This weekly hard sparring session is for our fighters and technical and advanced members. For over 18s only.

BJJ - Gi/ No-Gi
We run multiple BJJ classes each week for all levels, from beginners to experienced grapplers. Sessions focus on fundamental techniques, drilling, and live sparring in both Gi and No-Gi, helping you build skill, confidence, and a strong ground game.
KIDS FIGHTER DEVELOPMENT (INVITE ONLY)
A class for juniors taking part in decision bouts with focus on clinch; conditioning and ring control including hard sparring and padwork.
MUAY THAI CLINCH
As clinch is one of the most important aspects of Muay Thai, learn and refine positioning, control, sweeps, knees, and balance through structured drilling and live practice. Perfect for all levels.
