CLASS TYPES

We offer a variety of classes to suit your needs.

Anchor 1
MUAY THAI & K1 CLASS

Training for technical aspects of Muay Thai and K1 Kickboxing. Class will include paired padwork, bagwork and drills.

Every Tuesday and Saturday

BOXING

Classes include a variety of boxing drills and fitness training routines. Great for learning ABA style boxing and increasing general fitness. Suitable for all level and abilities.

Every Monday

KIDS CLASS - THAI BOXING

Muay Thai and K1 training for 5 – 14 year olds. Classes include technical training, general fitness and sparring.

Every Monday and Saturday

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Our hugely popular Functional Power Fitness class, consisting of body weight and weighted exercises in a high intensity circuit.

MUAY THAI CONDITIONING

A sweaty Muay Thai inspired fitness class for all abilities. The HIIT style session consists of muay thai conditioning drills and body weight exercises.

Every Thursday

MUAY THAI SPARRING

This weekly hard sparring session is for our fighters and technical and advanced members.

FULL CONTACT KICKBOXING

This pro-style full contact kickboxing class focusses on the traditional ring sport kickboxing.

Every Saturday

DUTCH STYLE KICKBOXING

Dutch kickboxing incorporates techniques from three martial arts: Kyokushin karate, Western boxing, and Muay Thai. 

Every Wednesday

BJJ: NO GI CLASS

This class welcomes all levels and abilities. Learn and drill fundamental skills.  

Every Tuesday and Thursday

LADIES ONLY MUAY THAI

This session is a fun and technical padwork session led by one of our female coaches. All levels and abilities are welcome. Book onto the next session under 'Courses' in the GloFox app.

Last Sunday of every month

KIDS FIGHTER DEVELOPMENT (INVITE ONLY)

 A class for juniors taking part in decision bouts with focus on clinch; conditioning and ring control including hard sparring and padwork.
