We offer a variety of classes to suit your needs.
KIDS CLASS - THAI BOXING
Muay Thai and K1 training for 5 – 14 year olds. Classes include technical training, general fitness and sparring.
Every Monday and Saturday

BAGBLAST
High intensity style conditioning class which includes boxing, functional training and body weight exercises. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Every Monday

BOXBEAT
High intensity fun workout set to music, the class is a combination of boxing, kickboxing and functional training.
Every Wednesday

BOXING & FITNESS
Classes include a variety of boxing drills and fitness training routines. Great for learning ABAB style boxing and increasing general fitness. Suitable for all level and abilities.
Every Monday

MUAY THAI & K1 CLASS
Training for technical aspects of Muay Thai and K1 Kickboxing. Class will include paired padwork, bagwork and drills.
Every Tuesday
MUAY THAI - INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED
This class is for advanced students will several months of experience. This class will include paired pad work, bag work, drills and clinch.

FULL CONTACT KICKBOXING
This pro-style full contact kickboxing class focusses on the traditional ring sport kickboxing.
Every Saturday

LADIES ONLY - THAI BOXING
This ladies only class is open to all levels and abilities and covers technical drills and light sparring in the boxing ring.

BJJ: NO GI CLASS
This class welcomes all levels and abilities. Learn and drill fundamental skills.
Every Tuesday and Wednesday

BJJ OPEN MAT
BJJ open mat grappling sessions are no Gi based. Open to all levels and abilities.

BJJ: GI CLASS
Great for beginners and experienced members alike.
Every Monday and Thursday (beginners)

BJJ KIDS CLUB
A fun class designed to develop fundamental BJJ skills for 6 – 12 year olds. Parents are welcome to join in and train with their children.
