Kids Club Thai boxing Technique class Members advanced bookings only. Limited spaces. Session includes: Warm-up; Technique training using shadowboxing drills, bag work and padwork (social bubble only); Stretch off. (approx 40 minutes total). ** Parents/Guardians - You are welcome to join in the kids club sessions to hold pads and help out. please just let the coach taking the session know you'd like to get involved. Cant Make your booked session? - Please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. - To comply with government guidance and control the spread of the corona virus session attendees will need to use their own boxing gloves. Boxing gloves are available to purchase from reception. - Please brief children before attending the gym that social distancing arrangements are in place and are to be maintained. - To comply with government guidance and control the spread of the corona virus session attendees will need to use their own boxing gloves.
