Service Description

Our excellent boxing & fitness classes are great for beginners and experienced gym goers alike. Advanced bookings only. Limited spaces. Sessions include a variety of boxing drills and fitness training routines, great for learning the sweet science and increasing your fitness all at the same time. Session includes: Warm-up; Boxing session; Cool off. Cant Make your booked session? - Please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. - To comply with government guidance and control the spread of the corona virus session attendees will need to use their own boxing gloves. Boxing gloves are available to purchase from reception. We ask that you maintain social distancing when arriving, waiting for classes and leaving the gym. Please also wear a face covering in the waiting area and when transiting the stairwell. If you wish to partner up and do pad work this is strictly limited to people from your household or support bubble. A number of paunch bags are available for those who do not wish to partner up and work pad work.
