About the Event
Pride Combat Athletics Muay Thai and K1 Kickboxing seminar with Rob Hayward - certified IBMTO Official.
This seminar is ideal for all who want to understand the sports of Muay Thai and K1 Kickboxing further and is a must for anyone competing in either sport or who wish to coach.
The afternoon will kick off with some padwork training lead by Rob, working on how different techniques can score or not be counted in both K1 and Muay Thai and will provide rational into this criteria.
Delgates will then cover a theory session on how to work scoring and the differences of how techniques are considered for Muay thai and K1.
Finally the session will culminate in delegates reviewing fight footage and scoring the bouts on their own scorecards.
