MONDAY

BagBlast & HIIT
with Martin - 18:30

These classes are designed to be a cardiovascular exercise alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. These intense workouts typically last under 30 minutes.

Boxing
with Matt - 19:15

Our boxing classes use padwork, bagwork and Sparring & drills to develop boxing technique. This is a great session for those looking to learn boxing or anyone just looking to get fit and have fun.

BJJ Beginners
with Kamil- 20:15

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art and combat sport system that focuses on grappling with particular emphasis on ground fighting. This beginners class focuses on the fundamentals.

TUESDAY

Kids Muay Thai (5 - 13yrs)
with Martin- 17:45

Muay Thai classes for children. These classes include the use of padwork, shadow boxing, stretching and light sparring. Discipline and respect is at the forefront of these classes. older students are given more responsibility and are expected to set examples for the younger children.

Sparring

Sparring is the foundation of most combat arts and an opportunity to test developed techniques in a controlled "live" environment. These sessions include drill work with a partner.

Fighter Development
With Rob - 18:30

This premium members session uses pad & bag work and sparring at an increased intensity to the fundamentals session focusing on scoring & technique. These sessions are aimed at those who are actively competing or want to train at a high intensity.

Muay Thai Conditioning

These high intensity classes are designed to push and develop your cardio conditioning through pad work drills and body weight exercises.

Technique Training

A class covering the fight techniques and applications. These sessions will include padwork to focus on developing foot work, head movement and striking techniques.

FRIDAY

K1 / Muay Thai / Boxing

K1 kickboxing and Boxing and Muay Thai specific classes designed to focus more specifically on the a style of fighting which combines the most effective stand up fighting strategies from Kickboxing, traditional boxing and muay thai techniques.

Ski Sprints
with Martin - 09:00

These high intensity classes are designed to push and develop your cardio conditioning through hill sprints using the on site ski slope.

A premium class that can include padwork to bagwork and circuit training. These premium classes are smaller allowing for closer student to instructor ratios.

Kids Fighter Development

These classes utilise sparring and padwork and fitness drills at an increased intensity. There is a key focus on dedication, team work and discipline. attendance is by acceptance in advance only.

PRIVATE TRAINING

1 to 1 Personal Training

Private (1-2-1) sessions offer personal training with a coach and provides the best rate of progression. We focus on specific areas to suit your requirements and design a custom session just for you.

Group Private Training

These sessions are for groups of 2 or more people and are a great way to develop your skills and fitness levels quickly. Working on specific areas by request or have a coach tailor a session for you.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning session. Working on Maximal strength, speed, power and endurance. These sessions will be programmed based on your individual needs and will maximise athletic performance.

Sports Therapy

A Full body MOT. Posture analysis, movement assessment and chance to discuss any aches, pains or tightness.

Sports massage therapy techniques including: Myofascial Release, Soft tissue release, Trigger point therapy, stretching and mobility techniques
