Service Description
Kids club no-Gi Bjj classes are great for beginners and experienced kids alike. These sessions are not aimed at children aged 7 to 12 years; parents/guardians are welcome to join their children in the class. These are No-Gi classes so there is no need to purchase any equipment, simple sports clothing is adequate. Cant Make your booked session? - Please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. - To comply with government guidance and control the spread of the corona virus session attendees will need to use their own equipment, mouth guards, tapes and equipment are available to purchase at reception. - Currently we are only accepting contactless payments. we are happy to inform you that currently group exercise classes are still exempt from the rule of six, as long as they are organised under Covid-secure guidelines. To this end we ask that you maintain social distancing when arriving, waiting for classes and leaving the gym. Please also wear a face covering in the waiting area and when transiting the stairwell. IF YOU HAVE HAD SYMPTOMS OR BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO HAS HAD SYMPTOMS IN THE LAST 14 DAYS PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE GYM.
