*** These hard sessions are advanced level. To join these sessions please discuss with a coach before booking. *** An advanced training session aimed at fighters and those looking to compete. Advanced bookings only. Limited spaces. Cant Make your booked session? - Please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. - To comply with government guidance and control the spread of the corona virus session attendees will need to use their own boxing gloves. Boxing gloves are available to purchase from reception. W ask that you maintain social distancing when arriving, waiting for classes and leaving the gym. Please also wear a face covering in the waiting area and when transiting the stairwell.
