Service Description
BJJ open mat grappling sessions are no Gi based. A coach is in attendance to provide advice ad ensure that safety is maintained. Cant Make your booked session? - Please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. - To comply with government guidance and control the spread of the corona virus session attendees will need to use their own boxing gloves. Boxing gloves are available to purchase from reception. - Currently we are only accepting contactless payments. We ask that you maintain social distancing when arriving, waiting for classes and leaving the gym. Please also wear a face covering in the waiting area and when transiting the stairwell. If you are training with a buddy please contact before booking.
