Our Gi and No Gi Bjj classes are great for beginners and experienced members alike. *** BRING A BUDDY - during these trying times and imposed covid restrictions we are offering members to bring a buddy from their social bubble to train in classes with for free! - Currently due to covid restriction on contact, grappling classes are drills based if you attend without a social bubble partner. Cant Make your booked session? - Please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else. - To comply with government guidance and control the spread of the corona virus session attendees will need to use their own equipment, mouth guards, tapes and equipment are available to purchase at reception. We ask that you maintain social distancing when arriving, waiting for classes and leaving the gym. Please also wear a face covering in the waiting area and when transiting the stairwell. We are still offering the "bring a buddy" service, but this is strictly limited to people from your household or support bubble.
